Hi, I’m Laura

My mission is to help you get more from your running by personalising your training to suit your life.

I offer one to one and group coaching

Over the last 15 years I’ve coached hundreds of runners, some of my highlights include:

  • supporting reluctant runners to become consistent and motivated

  • working with runners on realistic, smart goals so they achieve their running dreams injury free!

  • encouraging runners to be self reliant

I’m really proud to be a qualified UK Athletics Run Coach (Event Group Endurance) and work as a Coach Developer and Assessor with Scottish Athletics.  I’m also a YTT500 Yoga Instructor

I have been running consistently for over 25 years.  I love exploring on my runs and keep myself motivated with new challenges. I can’t wait to share my TOP TIPS with you!
