What are the benefits of running?

How should I adjust my training as I get older?

My top 4 tips are:

  1. Prioritise your rest and recovery days

  2. Build slowly distance/intensity/time on feet.

  3. Incorporate some strength training into your week - stronger muscles and connective tissues enable us to better handle the stress of running.

  4. Don’t compare yourself to your younger running self!

How much are your coaching sessions?

I charge £25 for 30mins and £40 for 1hr. Simple. Message me for details

Can you help with technique?

Yes, I love technical. We all have our own unique way of running. Sometimes a little bit of fine tuning can greatly improve efficiency and bring more ease

I’m over 40 and I’ve never ran, can you help me get started?

Of course. After our initial review we will decide on the most appropriate training plan for you and get started. I’ll be with you every step of the way
